While I’ve developed a number of different Labs, I’m currently running Disciple-Making Innovations Labs throughout the United States.
Using the 5 Master Tools I’ve developed to lead churches to Gospel Innovation, the Lab is a 12-month process that helps churches build a completely tailed disciple-making model that is grounded in their theology, mission, vision and ministry convictions. You don’t import someone else’s model for disciple-making that probably won’t work that well in your place and space. Rather, this process helps you create your own, and having already iterated on it through a period of experimentation, are sure actually works. In other words, it doesn’t just look good on a piece of paper. It works in real life.
The Lab exists to help you catalyze a discipleship movement that goes far, far beyond the 4 walls of your church building.
I spent years working with some of the largest and most innovative churches in the United States and Europe, helping them tailor their strategies for discipleship, leadership and mission; but ultimately, I wanted to figure out a way to do the same thing for any church who wanted it. That’s what these Innovation Labs are doing.
